Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By creating an account or using the ilovposting mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ilovposting, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2 Description of Service
ilovposting is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social networks including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Features include post scheduling, analytics, media downloading, and multi-platform management from a single mobile app.
3 User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
- You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information at registration
- You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Notify us immediately at support@ilovposting.com if you suspect unauthorised access
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ilovposting to:
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or hateful
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
- Impersonate any person or entity
5 Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through ilovposting. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We will not use your content for advertising or any other purpose without your permission.
6 Subscription & Payments
ilovposting offers the following plans:
- Free: ₹0/month — limited features as described on the pricing page
- Basic: ₹20/month ($0.24) — starter features for light users
- Pro: ₹834/month ($9.99) — unlimited posts, all platforms, advanced analytics
- Business: ₹2,086/month ($24.99) — team collaboration, API access, dedicated support
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Annual plan discounts may be available in the app
7 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
Refund requests within 7 days of a charge will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ilovposting.com with your account email and reason.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or our Data Deletion page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always publish successfully on third-party platforms (which are subject to their own availability and API limits).
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ilovposting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed posts, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11 Third-Party Services
ilovposting connects with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policy changes, or any suspension of your accounts on those platforms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where ilovposting operates, as applicable.
13 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
